Who I am
This website is run by Natalie Montoya, CranioSacral Therapist, based in Cascais, Portugal. I am responsible for any personal information collected here. You can contact me at natalie89montoya@gmail.com or through the contact form.
What I collect and why
When you send me a message
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. I use these only to reply to you and, if you choose, to arrange a session. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which passes your message on to my email inbox.
Any personal or sensitive information you choose to share with me, such as details about your health, will only be used to respond to your message and to prepare for our sessions.
When you contact me on WhatsApp
If you message me on WhatsApp, your name, number and messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. I use them only to communicate with you.
When you visit the website
With your consent, I use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and how long people stay. This uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell me who you are. You can accept or decline these cookies when you first visit the site, and change your choice at any time.
The site is hosted by Bluehost, and some images are delivered through Jetpack (Automattic) to make the site load faster. Like most websites, these services process technical information such as your IP address in order to show you the site.
How long I keep your information
I keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together and any legal or professional obligations require. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Who I share it with
I never sell your information. I only share it with the services mentioned above, which help me run this website and communicate with you. Some of these services may process data outside the EU. When they do, they use legally approved safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask what information I hold about you
- ask me to correct or delete it
- object to or limit how I use it
- withdraw your consent to cookies at any time
To do any of these, contact me at the address above. If you are unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can also contact the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

If anything changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
