Hello, I’m Natalie
Helping you reconnect with the wisdom of you own body.
I believe that healing doesn’t come from someone else having all the answers. It begins when we create enough safety to truly listen to ourselves.
My own journey has been shaped by seemingly different worlds that have all led me here. I began my career in education, where I discovered a love for helping others learn, grow and feel seen. I later spent years working in the corporate world, developing a deep appreciation for structure, critical thinking and evidence-informed practice. Alongside this, I trained extensively in CranioSacral Therapy while immersing myself in the study of the nervous system, trauma, psychology and the body’s innate capacity to heal.
Today, these experiences come together in the way I practise CranioSacral Therapy. I combine a gentle, intuitive approach with a grounded understanding of how the body and nervous system respond to stress, trauma and life experiences, supporting nervous system regulation and creating the conditions for lasting change. Every session is guided by curiosity rather than assumptions, recognising that our bodies often carry experiences long after our minds have moved on.
Whether you’re living with chronic pain, stress, emotional overwhelm or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my role isn’t to fix you. It’s to listen with you, creating the conditions for your body’s own intelligence to emerge.
My approach
Gentle, client-led care that honours the pace of your nervous system and creates the space for healing.
my training
People looking to reconnect with themselves while navigating stress, emotional overwhelm or chronic pain.
my background
My work has been shaped by careers in education, corporate leadership and therapeutic practice.
My intention
To help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and trust the wisdom of your own body.
understanding craniosacral therapy
A gentle therapy that supports your body, nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy with roots in Osteopathy. It works with the CranioSacral System: the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord. Through its close relationship with the nervous system and the body’s connective tissue (fascia), it supports the release of tension and long-held physical and emotional patterns while creating the conditions for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
The CranioSacral System
The CranioSacral System is made up of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect your brain and spinal cord. Together with your fascia, it forms an interconnected system that can reflect the effects of stress, injury and life experiences. Through gentle touch CranioSacral Therapy listens to this system, supporting your nervous system and creating the optimal conditions for your body to access its own innate capacity to heal.
Body & Mind
Recognising that thoughts, emotions, life experiences and physical health are deeply connected.
Gentle Touch
Using light, non-invasive touch, while fully clothed, I listen to your body and follow where it is ready to lead, allowing space for tension, restriction and holding patterns to gently unwind.
Nervous System
Supporting your nervous system encourages greater regulation, resilience and a deeper sense of calm.
Body Wisdom
Working with your body’s innate intelligence rather than trying to override it.

Before & After Real Shifts
These aren’t dramatic overnight transformations. They’re the quiet, profound changes
that happen when someone finally stops running from themselves.
Before
“I was a VP at 38, everyone thought I had it figured out. I was quietly having a panic attack every Sunday night before the work week.”
After 3 months
Negotiated a 4-day week, started therapy, began a side project she’d been “too busy” for. Sunday nights are now her favourite time of the week.

FAQ
Answers to what most clients ask first
Don’t see your question? Reach out — we respond personally within one business day.
How does the coaching process work?
We begin with a free discovery call so we can assess fit and discuss what you’re hoping to work on. From there, you’ll choose a program, receive access to your dashboard, and book your first session. Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plan.
How do I book my sessions?
Sessions are booked directly through your AllCoach dashboard. Once you enroll, you’ll see an integrated calendar where you can select a time that works for you — no back-and-forth emails needed.
What are your qualifications?
I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor credential (LMHC). I’m also a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF and have completed specialized training in trauma-informed care and the Gottman Method. I’ve been in practice for 12 years with over 1,200 clients.
Do you offer sliding-scale or reduced fees?
I keep a small number of sliding-scale spots for clients who need them. Reach out before enrolling and we’ll talk about it honestly — cost shouldn’t be the reason you don’t begin.
Is this therapy or coaching — and what’s the difference?
Both. Therapy focuses on healing — understanding and processing past experiences, mental health, and emotional regulation. Coaching focuses on growth — goals, habits, accountability, and forward movement. My programs blend both intentionally, depending on what you need most.

A single conversation is enough to know whether this is the right fit. There’s no pressure — only possibility.
